“Air conditioning, hot water and fridge worked great but hair in the sink, the beds were nasty ”

“Did not get the room that I requested I ended up with a different room and I'm very upset about this and I couldn't find no other room around the area”

“Clean Towel had wad of black hair inside when opened to use after shower. I’m bald and my wife is a blonde, not ours. Second towel was stained with black marks, but appeared otherwise clean. Traded them in for cleanish towels after realizing they were not fully clean. Floor was so dirty that both my wife and I took a wash cloth to wipe off our feet after shower so as to avoid black marks when we got in bed. Floors were laminate but didn’t appear to have been mopped correctly. Refrigerator...

“The microwave did not work. There were loose tiles in the restroom on the floor. The restroom was terrible and not keep up very well, the handles in the shower area were not safe. There were empty soap dispensers which caused hazards when showering. It had a bad patch work on the walls and finished with paint that did not match the original color. Walls were so thin between the rooms you could hear the people in the next room and people talking in the hallway.”

“I would stay on the op side oc the lobby, the birds by that tree are crazy lol other than that great prop, people at front are cools. I wish they had smoking rooms. Had to outside to smoke. But that was ok. Breakfast is Homemade n Great!! Another wish is that it lasted longer lol”

“The staff are so friendly, the room was very clean, had a few wear/tears here and there but not bothersome. Parking was sufficient, but the bed!!!! Omg!! Best sleep of my life kinda bed. So soft. I will definitely be back!! ”

“AC worked but the room had an overwhelming smell of the cleaner Fabulosa. It was sickening. I asked for another room and was told it be the next day. By 2am I my lungs were burning and I demanded to move. The I was told it had never bothered anyone else before. He made it my fault.”

“Have stayed here before, property is cleaned, staff is nice. I also find it located well for restaurants, shopping, etc. Kriss and Colleen are always so nice. The pool was clean and refreshing after a long day of exploring. This doesn't refer to me, but wouldn't recommend for wheelchair bound guests. Doesn't appear to be very handicapped accessible .”

“The bathroom was dirty unpin arrival but the nice ,helpful,and thoughtful men at the front counter(he had dreads) came and refresh the bathroom so we can at less use it.I really appreciate him doing that.The next day I called front desk trying to explain the situation because he told me to request room services for a complete cleaning of the restroom.As I was explaining the lady on the phone didn’t even let me finish and just interrupt me.I thought that was rude of her.The room services came she...
